Agency owner, Aimee Sugar, created S.I.M. Agency in 2004. As a previous model and photographer, Sugar had always been attracted to the fashion industry and decided that forming her own agency would be both an exciting challenge and a positive addition to the industry in the Valley of the Sun. Six years after its commencement, the talent list grows, clients are being added and Sugar continues to maintain the agency standard of inspiring, performing and creating.

S.I.M. is fully licensed by the Industrial Commission of Arizona as well as franchised by SAG and AFTRA.
